General Manager

My name is Joanne Selby. I am the General Manager of Sun International’s The Falls Resort in Zambia. The resort includes two hotels, the famous Royal Livingstone and the very popular Zambezi Sun.

I would like to invite you to two of Africa’s leading hotels. Get to know our people, our natural wonders and our local communities. Welcome to the Victoria Falls.

 


Joyce Sikabbubba

Public Relations and Sales Manager

Joyce joined the Sun International Zambia team in 1998, during the initial planning stages of The Resort. She’s held various positions over the years and says her motivation is the team and the guests.

“My greatest role is to coach. I lead and share my vast experience and knowledge with others. We work as a team so that we are stronger, more focused, and innovative and energised in order for us to grow Sun International Zambia. This is a beautiful and renowned property and it’s only us – the people – who can grow it further.”

 


Giulio Togni

Hotel Manager

Giulio, hotel manager at The Royal Livingstone, has taken it on himself to maintain the highest level of service, and the myriad of superior experiences one would expect from a spectacular property such as this.

“People are my business. In everything we do we aim to exceed your expectations, allowing you to escape into the romance and luxury of your journey, whilst we look after the detail. Edward Minyoyi

Guest Relations Officer

Starting out as a waitron at the Zambezi Sun, Edward’s diligent approach to work and life revealed him to be extremely gifted. His unique talent for storytelling and entertaining earned him his current position at The Royal Livingstone.

Alexander Coupy

Executive Chef

The exquisite standard of food at The Royal Livingstone Hotel is owed to a vibrant and experienced team of kitchen staff, led by Executive Chef, Alexander Coupy.

Alex’s continuous commitment, passion and dedication to deliver ‘A Million Thrills’ through his culinary experience makes him the perfect person for this position.

Alex’s food philosophy is simply defined in two words – guest satisfaction. He believes this to be a very important aspect for the service industry. To fulfil this philosophy, he strives to provide a wide selection of foods so that every guest can find something that meets their needs.
